About the event

Thank you for your interest in this event. This event has now taken place, and though registrations are closed, if you would like to watch the recording then you can access it here (along with the other NCW 2025 event recordings!). We hope you enjoy.

The language surrounding neurodiversity continually evolves, shaping both public understanding and the lived experiences of the neurodivergent community.  This panel conversation explores how language choices impact identity, inclusion, and workplace culture.

We'll examine the delicate balance between authentic expression within the neurodivergent community and creating accessible communication for broader understanding.  Topics include identity-first versus person-first language, workplace communication adaptations, and strategies for fostering inclusive dialogue.

Join us for a thoughtful discussion on building bridges through mindful communication.

This is a free online event via Zoom.
