CEO of Do-IT Solutions, Emeritus and Honorary Professor
Amanda, founder and CEO of Do-IT Solutions, leads a renowned tech-for-good company, offering neurodiversity screening and support tools. As a medical doctor and emeritus professor at the University of South Wales and Cardiff University, she's spearheaded research for two decades, specialising in neurodiversity. Amanda advises government boards, UK and international charities, and chairs the ADHD Foundation. With numerous publications, including award-winning books, she's recognised as a top HR thinker and diversity influencer. Amanda champions neurodiversity firsthand, advocating for inclusive workplaces and education. Her commitment to empowering neurodivergent individuals, spanning three decades, remains unwavering.

Lindsay Mann

Lindsay is the Director of Strategy for Ingeus, part of the APM global group of businesses that serve over 2 million people annually, including a quarter of a million in the UK through our employment, skills, health and wellbeing services.

Kirstie is Chief Executive at City & Guilds, the global skills pioneer, whose purpose is about helping people and economies grow and prosper through skills development. Kirstie is a passionate advocate for Lifelong Learning and has worked at the forefront of education and skills for 35 years.
Throughout her career Kirstie has spearheaded the development of award-winning products and services across the skills landscape both in the UK and internationally. She is a champion and advocate for creating far greater equity, inclusivity and diversity in the workplace, as well as society, and the role skills development and access to learning opportunities can contribute.

Lucy Wilson is the Founder of Mindshift Empowerment, a consultancy dedicated to neuroinclusion. With a varied career spanning tech, finance, retail, and warehousing, she has supported inclusive hiring, neurodiversity training, and workplace policy changes in-house. Now, through her own business, she offers training and consulting to help organisations create truly inclusive environments where neurodivergent employees can thrive. Passionate about authenticity and systemic change, Lucy delivers engaging talks that challenge perceptions and provide practical strategies for neuroinclusive workplaces. Her mission is simple: to ensure neurodivergent individuals don’t just survive at work—but truly thrive.

Scarlett James is the Communications Coordinator at Diversity & Ability (D&A), where she manages social media, writes thought-provoking content—including for HRZone—and drives conversations on inclusion. She has spoken at events like Working Futures and delivered training for D&A’s clients.
With a deep interest in the intersection of gender, neurodiversity, and mental health, Scarlett’s work is shaped by her own journey. D&A transformed her understanding of disability, neurodiversity, and mental health—fueling her passion for reimagining workplaces as spaces where people thrive, both in and beyond their jobs.
