About the event
Ensuring that the principles of neurodiversity and neuro-inclusive practices are adopted in an organisation requires a collective and considered approach. From the boardroom to the ‘shop floor’ everyone has a part to play. But the part that they play should be informed by their role within their organisation.
This event will consider the role of HR professionals and the contribution that they can make to driving forward neuro-inclusive strategy and practice. The event will explore different dimensions of the HR role in relation to neurodiversity management and offer insights, practical tips and suggestions for those attending the event to take away.
This is a free online event via Zoom.
