Amanda, founder and CEO of Do-IT Solutions, leads a renowned tech-for-good company, offering neurodiversity screening and support tools. As a medical doctor and emeritus professor at the University of South Wales and Cardiff University, she's spearheaded research for two decades, specialising in neurodiversity. Amanda advises government boards, UK and international charities, and chairs the ADHD Foundation. With numerous publications, including award-winning books, she's recognised as a top HR thinker and diversity influencer. Amanda champions neurodiversity firsthand, advocating for inclusive workplaces and education. Her commitment to empowering neurodivergent individuals, spanning three decades, remains unwavering.

Theo Smith is a leading neurodiversity advocate, consultant, and the founder of Neurodiversity at Work Ltd. As the co-author of the award-winning book Neurodiversity at Work, Theo has become a globally recognised voice in the field of workplace inclusion.
A LinkedIn Top Voice, Theo is also the host of the popular Neurodiversity with Theo Smith podcast, where he explores the challenges and opportunities of creating inclusive environments for neurodivergent individuals.
Currently, Theo is co-authoring his second book with Professor Amanda Kirby, focusing on neurodiversity for parents, which builds on his passion for empowering families and professionals alike. With a unique blend of expertise in HR, recruitment, and neurodiversity advocacy, Theo works with organisations worldwide to unlock the potential of neurodiverse talent and drive meaningful change. Accessibility Go To Market Manager, Microsoft
Michael is Microsoft’s Accessibility Go to Market Manager; his focus is landing Microsoft’s commitment to bridge the “Disability Divide”. Company-wide, alongside customers, partners, and communities, Michael’s scope is to increase societal inclusion for people with disabilities. The commitment covers technology, talent development and workplace culture. Using his creative neuro-diverse thinking and passion for inclusion, Michael creates and curates Microsoft’s Digital Inclusion content, to empower inclusive organisations gain greater business advantage.
Michael also leads Microsoft’s UK Disability Employee Resource Group chapter and was invited to 10 Downing Street to present his views on bringing disabled talent into work. His personal proudest achievement is having brought Microsoft UK to Disability Confident Leadership status. Michael received Microsoft’s highest Platinum Club award for his work in disability inclusion and was listed as one of "125 People to Follow" on LinkedIn about Diversity and Inclusion. He also featured in the Disability Power 100.

John Abbott is Head of Product at Recite Me. Reporting to the CEO, he is responsible for Recite Me’s global portfolio of accessibility and inclusion products, including the flagship Toolbar and Checker products, for clients like Coca-Cola, Lloyds Banking Group and the Commonwealth Games.
John joined Recite Me in 2020 and has more than 15 years’ experience in product management and enterprise strategy, including at TimeWarner. He holds an MBA and is a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI).
