Ellie Thompson

Ellie Thompson advocates for accessible, inclusive and honest communication. Her work is shaped and motivated by her own personal experiences overcoming disabling barriers in education and the workplace, as well as her background advocating for justice at an individual, community and global level. A prolific contributor to global publications, Ellie shares valuable insights on inclusive communications. She speaks at major inclusion events, including hosting a panel at Diversity and Ability's inaugural inclusion conference and joining discussions at the House of Commons. At Diversity and Ability, she leads the organisation's communications as they strive for intersectional, equitable disability and neurodiversity inclusion.
