Maya Woodley

Maya is the Associate Director of Operations and People at Diversity and Ability, an award-winning social enterprise led by and for Disabled people. She brings expertise in operational strategy, safeguarding, and inclusive people management, fostering workplace cultures where everyone thrives.

At D&A, Maya supports teams delivering one-to-one support to disabled and neurodiverse people while coaching the staff team. With a Master’s in Gender Studies and a foundation in intersectional feminism, she champions disability equality through people-centred leadership. She also serves on the board of the Good Night Out Campaign, advocating for safe and inclusive nightlife spaces.
