Monica Lonergan

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist by the BPS and HCPC registered working for Lexxic as a Principal Psychologist for the past 9 months supporting and leading teams to deliver a number of assessments and coaching interventions supporting neurodivergent clients to achieve their work potential and wellbeing at work.
Prior to Lexxic I have worked as a work psychologist for a variety clients and organisations in many sectors including financial, education, consultancy, welfare to work, charities in the U.K, Canada, U.S and South America. I have experience in executive coaching and mentoring, assessments, vocational rehabilitation, and wellbeing at work.
